A = Average Fuel Price for JUNE $14.68 ($/IG)
B = Fuel Base Price $1.60 ($/IG)
C = Fuel Used for JUNE 284,742 (IG)
D = Electricity Production for JUNE 4,826,859 kWh

FCAF (Surcharge) =     284,742 x 13.08 ($14.68 – $1.60)
                                                    4,826,859
