***Completed application form

Identification (Passport, Driver's license, Social Security)

Inspection Approval Certificate/ Building Approval Certificate from Ministry of Planning

Must indicate whether it is a Temporary or Permanent supply

If *Temporary

1. The duration must be included on the form. It cannot exceed 6 months.
2. Apparatus to house meter must be in accordance with NEVLEC's Standards

If **Permanent

1. The application form must be accompanied by the inspection form.
2. Apparatus to house meter must be in accordance with NEVLEC's Standards

  • * Temporary Supply - This is a temporary supply given for construction purposes or special events (concerts, rallies, weddings inter alia at remote locations)

  • ** Permanent Supply - This is the supply given once the building is completed and has been inspected and passed.

  • *** Incomplete forms will NOT be accepted
