ü      Nevlec is divided into five Departments namely; Transmission & Distribution, Planning, Generation, Finance & Administration and Customer Service.

ü      The company's Main Office is located at Pinney's Commercial Site.

ü      The Customer Service Department is located downtown Charlestown and is the place of business for paying bills, requesting services and making queries.

ü      The working hours for Nevlec are Monday to Friday 8-4 except on public holidays.  However our technical team will be on call twenty four hours a day every day.  

ü        The power plant is located at Prospect Industrial Site.

ü        You may contact our Trouble Call Office 469-9100 or 662-9100 after 4 o'clock on week days and all day on weekends to report any faults.

ü      The present Chairman of the Board of Directors is Mr. Ernie Stapleton.

ü      The present General Manager is Mr. Cartwright Farrell.
