- If a bill is owed from a previous address, the bill will need to be paid to connect service.
- A fee of $100.00 is charged for a Transfer
- If additional inspection is required at the new site, a fee of $100.00 in addition to the Transfer fee is charged for the inspection of the new location of the meter.
- All outstanding balances on the previous account will be transferred to the new account.
