This initiative is a part of an outreach program in which the main objective is to increase health awareness and lessen the incidence of lifestyle diseases.<\/p>\n<p>The screening sessions were held at NEVLEC\u2019s Conference Room, located at the Main Office in the Valu Mart Business Complex on Wednesday 30th October 2024, commencing at 9:30 AM.<\/p>\n<p>Tests done during the screenings included:<\/p>\n<p>\u2022 Blood Sugar Test<br \/>\n\u2022 Blood Pressure Test<br \/>\n\u2022 Urine Test<br \/>\n\u2022 Body Mass Index Calculations<\/p>\n<p>Thirty-seven (37) employees benefitted from the screenings and were able to obtain critical information about their health.<\/p>\n<p>We extend heartfelt gratitude to the health professionals. Special thanks to Ms. Nadine Carty; Coordinator of the Nevis HPU, and her team of nurses led by Dr. Hadassah Willett-Sargeant for generously offering their services, skills and expertise.<\/p>\n<p>Health is Wealth!
