His early experience in the field provided valuable insight into the operational requirements essential to maintaining a reliable electricity supply across the island. He subsequently broadened his professional experience at the St. Kitts Electricity Company Limited (SKELEC), where he held several key positions, including <strong>Meter Reader Supervisor, Meter Services Engineer, <\/strong>and<strong> Construction and Maintenance Engineer<\/strong>. Mr. Stapleton rejoined NEVLEC in 2020, assuming progressively senior roles, including <strong>Transmission &amp; Distribution Engineer, Transmission &amp; Distribution Manager, <\/strong>and<strong> Acting Chief Engineer<\/strong>. His contributions during this period have been instrumental in strengthening the Company\u2019s technical operations and advancing its strategic objectives.<\/p>\n<p>He holds a <strong>Bachelor of Science in Electronic Engineering <\/strong>and a<strong> Master\u2019s degree in Energy Efficiency &amp; Renewable Energies<\/strong>.
