  • Price Confirmation: All prices are subject to confirmation. If you do not confirm, the order or request may be cancelled without liability to you or NEVLEC.

  • Service Area: Products or services ordered on the Website are generally available for addresses within Nevis only, unless otherwise stated.

You agree to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of the courts located in Nevis, Saint Kitts and Nevis, for all disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Website.
