Mr. Cedric A. Armbrister was a stalwart in the revolution of electricity on Nevis and helped to build the foundation on which NEVLEC stands today. We express profound gratitude to his wife Mrs. Lillian Armbrister and her family for consenting to have this scholarship named in honor and remembrance of her late husband.
