22 years ago, on September 1st 2000 the Nevis Electricity Company Ltd. was born. NEVLEC is the sole provider of electricity on the island of Nevis. The company, is a fully owned subsidiary of the Nevis Island Administration. NEVLEC began its operations with the aim of providing quality electricity service to the island of Nevis. Over the years, we have made significant strides in power generation, transmission and distribution, and in the level of service we provide to our customers.
